The owner of this Camry has a long list of improvements he wants to make but decided the first changes are going to be the stock bumpers and side skirts.

In order to put on a new front bumper cover we had to first remove the one that came on the car from the factory. With the old one off its possible to test fit the new parts before we apply the matching paint to make sure everything is going to line up correctly.

The same applies to the rear bumper cover-test fitting the new parts before painting can really save a few headaches! It's also a good idea to keep the original mounting hardware (new kits don't come with any!)and separate or label somehow to avoid confusion when reinstalling with your new body parts rear
lights Before we can install the new body parts we need to first test and install all of the LED lighting that will make this Hybrid look like it is floating on an electric blue cloud.

After all of the LED tubes are securely mounted to the undercarriage it is time to run the wires to the control box which will be discretely mounted in the passenger cabin.

Lighting Test
With all of the exterior LED tubes in place and the controller all wired in it is time for a test. At this point nothing is too permanent so if something needs to be changed we can easily make that happen.
Since everything looks good at this point it is time to make our temporary connections permanent. To keep all the wires and controllers hidden sometimes means removing a lot of the interior-this car needed the drivers seat removed and most of this center console. Be careful not to misplace the parts you remove! Final Connections
fitting
With the lighting done its now time to start assembling the exterior. Usually even if you test fit the parts first they still aren't going to go back on as smoothly as the stock ones so you have to be creative when it is time to line them up.

After a short celebration it is time to move on to the side skirts. Not much can go wrong here, the absence of major curves means these are going to be easy to install.

Again we stick to the rule of fastening securely and any exposed screw heads can be treated to a dab of matching paint when finished to blend them in perfectly.
Now it's time for the front bumper cover. If everything still fits ok we can remove from the car again to install the grille and lower grille inserts before once again setting it in place and fastening securely.
